Safe Kids Anson County is part of Safe Kids Worldwide and led by the Anson County Partnership for Children. The Partnership provides dedicated staff, operation support, and other resources to assist in achieving our common goal: keeping our children safe.
The program focuses on child passenger safety, fire safety, firearm safety, bicycle safety, and poison prevention. Based upon our community's needs, the program includes such things as car-seat checkups, safety workshops, Operation Medicine Drop, hot car demonstrations, bike safety events, sports clinics, and an annual Safe Kids Day - all with the goal of helping parents and caregivers prevent childhood injuries.
