Day of Caring is an annual community-wide service project organized by United Way. This is a very special day when volunteers from local businesses, civic clubs, churches, and the community gather to help our senior citizens, our disabled citizens, and nonprofits here in Anson County. It’s a wonderful way to show your organization’s support of others and it’s rewarding way to build team spirit.
Typical chores include: cutting grass, weeding flowerbeds, pruning shrubs, trash pickup, window washing, cleaning gutters, and light painting. Outside chores only at residential sites.
The fun will kick-off at the Wadesboro Town Square October 7th, 2017 at 7:30am.
Light Breakfast, music, and t-shirts while they last !
